Chapter 1. What to do with hate-filled fuckers

When vile, hate filled , and despicable things are said to you, or about you, stop and remember this one agreement: Never Take Things Personally…. No matter how personal it feels, no matter how deep it cuts, it is always a reflection of that persons suffering, and not an objective reality about you…. When receiving  poisonous hate filled energy, we’ve been told to turn the other cheek. But that’s an incomplete teaching. The other part of the teaching is what happens to you  energetically once you’ve turned the other cheek. If you can absorb the poisonous energy, without sending it back from your anger and hurt, the amount of hate filled energy you’ve absorbed will then convert, and multiply exponentially into a divine virtue that becomes a multitude of synchronistic blessings within your life….  So the more hate filled energy you can receive without taking it personally, without returning it, the more powerful, and blessed you become. You may then thank them for the gift of power they have just given you…. Their words may sting and linger. Let them. They are opportunities to grow more powerful in your Grace & Good Fortune…. Some may see this as a time of being tested. Indeed it is. It is also a time of great opportunity. Opportunities to embody your compassion, the true power of your  divinity…. Life is not an easy journey. However, the rewards for walking the aware, and compassionate path are great indeed….
